Service Scope
1. Enterprise Overseas Network Infrastructure Setup
- Plan and implement an SD-WAN-based node deployment and office coverage solution based on the client’s existing workplace network conditions
- Complete device installation, setup, and connectivity and stability testing for the outbound network link
- Ensure employees can reliably access the required overseas AI services while connected in the office area
2. Codex Installation and Configuration
- Install Codex on the computers specified by the client
- Complete login, baseline environment setup, and required configuration
- Resolve common setup issues, including device environment, configuration tools, and login access
- Ensure each computer can launch and use Codex properly
3. Token and API Configuration
- Configure a usable large-model access path for the client
- Assist with API configuration and token quota management
- Set up basic usage controls so employees can start using the service directly
- Settle model fees based on actual usage
4. Basic AI Usage Training
- Introduce the core capabilities and limits of tools such as ChatGPT and Codex
- Explain the basics of prompting, context sharing, and result verification
- Run hands-on practice around office scenarios such as documents and spreadsheets

Not Included
- Outbound network support outside office locations
- Client intranet renovation or related network architecture adjustments
- Internal enterprise system development and integration
- Workflow design, knowledge bases, or automation projects
- Complex usage issues, custom technical support, or software development
- Large-scale training or on-site service
The items above can be quoted separately as future upgrade services.
Client Outcome
The client does not need to figure out network access, installation, accounts, APIs, or token configuration.
Once the computers are handed to us and setup is complete, employees can start using Codex directly.
